Frequently asked questions
Can you remove just one item?
Yes, single item pickups are welcome. Pricing reflects volume and effort, and we confirm it in your free estimate before loading.
Do you take refrigerators and freezers?
Yes, we haul most household appliances. Mention the appliance type when you request your estimate so we plan the right handling.
Can you get a couch out of a finished basement?
In most cases, yes. We carry items through stairwells and doorways; tell us about tight turns when you request your quote.
What happens to furniture that still works?
When items are in usable shape, we look for donation options first and recycle what we can.
